Usually, license is valid for one year. However, you can choose to purchase a multi year license, and enjoy a larger discount.
The price of a plugin ranges from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the license type (Limited/Unlimited) and whether it was acquired as part of a bundle package.
- Limited license lets you install the plugin on up to 2 production servers/nodes, we don't count dev/ staging and etc’.
- Unlimited license usually fits a high availability deployment in which the plugin can be installed on as many servers as needed.
Our plugins are fully integrated with translations and metadata plugin.
We are fairly experts in embedded BI & OEM analytics. Most of our plugins designed to OEM.
Yes, we do! Free trials are both available and encouraged.Usually the trials are valid for an estimated time period between 3-4 weeks.

We make an effort to maintain previous versions of the plugins supported as well.

For other types of issues we are committed to respond within 7 days.Having said that, It usually takes between 24 to 48 hours to deliever an initial response to whatever use case you are having. We are working hard to provide you with the best support possible

To install, you will need to extract the plugins sent to you by email, into the plugins folder as explained on this Sisense documentation page.
Also, please make sure that the Paldi Components plugin is installed as it holds our code framework that serves all our plugins and therefore is a prerequisite to all our plugins.
